Premier Courses Fees & Deliverables:

The total cost of the online course is stated at the time of purchase. Students have two options to purchase. The Professional Track package has a cost of $160.00 and the Agent Accelerator package has a cost of $295.00. There are optional add-ons available at point of sale but are not required to complete the course. Real Estate Practice, Real Estate Principles, and Legal Aspects of Real Estate are included in all packages. There are no additional fees related to the pre licensing courses.

California Real Estate Practice (45 Hours)

Become successful in your field by understanding key topics such as time management, the listing and selling process, property valuation, closing the sale, escrow procedure, taxes, financing, and more. Topics include: Ethical Real Estate Practices, Property Condition and Disclosure, Listing and Buyer Representation Agreements, Real Estate Valuation, California Leasing and Property Management, Contract Law Principles and Purchase Contracts.

This course includes the SB 1495 requirements pertaining to fair housing, explicit bias, and implicit bias.

California Real Estate Principles (45 Hours) 

Become successful in your field by understanding key topics such as time management, the listing and selling process, property valuation, closing the sale, escrow procedure, taxes, financing, and more. Topics include: Land Descriptions and Subdivisions, Acquisition and Transfer of Real Property, Liens and Encumbrances, Leases, Contracts, Unlawful Discrimination, Agency and Business Principles, and Ethics.

California Legal Aspects of Real Estate (45 Hours)

Become successful in your field by understanding key topics such as time management, the listing and selling process, property valuation, closing the sale, escrow procedure, taxes, financing, and more. Topics include: California Brokerages, Fair Housing, Predatory Lending, Contract Law, Escrow and Title Transfer and Law of Agency.

General Course Completion Information

You will know you have completed your course when all components on your Dashboard page under Required for Completion have the check-mark icon appearing and are no longer grayed out. If the check mark does not appear or any of the icons are gray in color, you have not completed the course. Please be sure to provide an evaluation at the completion of the course content via the Feedback node (if available) in the course.

About The Final Exam

This course final will have 100 multiple choice questions and be open book. You will have 150 minutes to complete the exam. You will lose access to your exam when you reach the time limit and the exam will be scored. Any unanswered questions will be marked incorrect. You must score a 60% to pass the exam.

You will only have 2 attempts, after failing the 2nd final you will need to retake the course. If you fail on your first attempt, you may take the exam again immediately or whenever you would like after the first exam attempt time has elapsed.

The final exam is auto proctored with Kaplan.

Attendance Policy

All courses are provided online only. To comply with California Department of Real Estate seat time requirements please be aware that if you are inactive in an online component of the course for 10 minutes, the course will time out and you will need to log back in.

Online Course Identification Statement

Participants shall present one of the following forms of identification immediately before the administration of the final examination:

  1. A current California driver’s license.
  2. A current identification card described in Section 13000 of the California Vehicle Code.
  3. Any identification of the participant issued by a governmental agency or a recognized real estate related trade organization within the immediately preceding five years which bears a photograph, signature and identification number of the participant.

Accept Your Affidavit

You are required to accept an electronic affidavit as part of the completion of this course stating you have completed each assigned module of instruction. You will need to complete this step before your course is considered complete.

Access Your Course Completion Certificate

Once you complete all course content and accept your affidavit, you may access your completion certificate by clicking the “View Certificate” link on the Education page.

Completion Requirement Policy

This course must be completed within six months of registration.

REFUND POLICY. Premier Schools courses are fully refundable if the student has not started or completed the course AND if the refund request is made within 30 days of purchase. “Completion of a course” occurs when you have completed all levels in a course, regardless if you have taken or passed the final exam. If you had previously purchased a course extension due to an expiring course completion date, the course extension purchase is not refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY. A full refund for the course will be made to any student who cancels the enrollment contract before midnight of the thirtieth day after the enrollment contract is signed by the student, unless the student has begun the course, completed the course, or received a failing grade on the course examination. A student failing the personal or course validation is considered to have completed the course but failed.
