Effective Date: July 19, 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Motiv Media LLC dba Premier Courses website located at premiercourses.co and all related online course platforms (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing the Service, enrolling in any course, or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
Motiv Media LLC dba Premier Courses ("Premier Courses," "we," "us," or "our") is a California limited liability company located at 4730 Palm Ave, Suite 206B, La Mesa, CA 91941.
1. Eligibility
To enroll in any Premier Courses course you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Be legally authorized to work or study in the United States.
- Provide accurate and complete registration information.
California Courses:
You must meet all eligibility requirements established by the California Department of Real Estate (DRE) for salesperson license applicants.
Florida Courses:
You must meet all eligibility requirements established by the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) and the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) for the license you are pursuing. For sales associate applicants this includes holding a high school diploma or its equivalent and having a United States Social Security number. Broker pre-licensing applicants must additionally have held an active real estate sales associate license for at least 24 months during the preceding five (5) years and have completed their sales associate post-licensing education.
Premier Courses makes no representation or warranty that completion of its courses will guarantee issuance of a California or Florida real estate license. License approval is determined solely by the applicable state regulator — the California Department of Real Estate or the Florida Real Estate Commission / Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
2. Course Enrollment and Access
Upon purchase, you will receive access to your selected course package through our online learning platform (currently powered by ReCampus). You are responsible for maintaining your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Course Access Period:
Premier Courses course packages expire six (6) months from the date of purchase. If you have not completed the course within the initial six-month access period, extensions may be available for purchase at an additional cost. Extensions are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.

No more than two (2) courses may be completed within any five-week period. These minimums are mandated by the California Department of Real Estate and are not waivable by Premier Courses. Florida courses are not subject to these California completion minimums; Florida courses must be completed in accordance with Florida Real Estate Commission course requirements.

6. Final Examinations
California Courses:
Each California course includes a proctored final examination. The following rules apply:
- The final exam consists of 100 multiple-choice questions and is open book.
- You will have 150 minutes to complete the exam.
- You must achieve a passing score as required by the California DRE (minimum 60%) to receive a certificate of completion.
- The final exam is proctored online. You will need a desktop computer or laptop with a webcam and a working built-in or external microphone.
- Final exams may be taken a maximum of two (2) times within any single twelve (12)-month period.
- After failing two (2) attempts, the student must re-enroll in and complete the course before attempting the exam again.
Immediately before the administration of the final examination, participants must present one of the following valid forms of identification: a current California driver’s license; a current identification card described in Section 13000 of the California Vehicle Code; or any government-issued or recognized real estate trade organization-issued identification bearing a photograph, signature, and identification number, issued within the preceding five (5) years.
Florida Courses:
Each Florida course concludes with the FREC-required end-of-course examination. The following rules apply:
- The pre-licensing end-of-course exam consists of 100 multiple-choice questions.
- You must achieve a passing score as required by the Florida Real Estate Commission (minimum 70% for pre-licensing courses) to receive a certificate of completion.
- The exam is taken online. You will need a desktop computer or laptop, and you must verify your identity with a current government-issued photo identification before the exam begins.
- If you fail the end-of-course exam, FREC rules require you to wait at least thirty (30) days from the date of the original examination before retesting. You may retest a maximum of one (1) time within one (1) year of the original examination, and you will be given a different form of the exam.
- If you fail the second attempt, or more than one year passes since the original examination, you must re-enroll in and complete the course before testing again.
Acceptable identification for Florida examinations includes: a current Florida driver’s license; a current identification card issued by a state or U.S. government agency; or a current passport. The name on your identification must match the name on your course registration.

The affidavit must be accepted before your course is considered complete and before a certificate of completion will be issued. |
7. Certificates of Completion
Upon successful completion of all course content and acceptance of the electronic affidavit, Premier Courses will provide you with an electronic certificate of completion. Certificates will remain accessible in your account for a minimum of five (5) years. Course completion dates are recorded in Pacific Standard Time (PST) and will be reflected on your certificate.
California Courses: It is your responsibility to verify with the California DRE whether you are required to submit your certificate(s) of completion as part of your license application. Premier Courses does not submit completion records to the DRE on your behalf unless required by law to do so.
Florida Courses: When you complete a Florida course and pass the end-of-course examination, your course completion is reported electronically to the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR).
