Acceptable forms of identification include:
- A current Florida driver license
- A current Florida state-issued identification card

Prior to accessing the end-of-course examination, the LMS prompts the student to enter the same identification number provided during enrollment. The system automatically compares the entered number against the number on file. Access to the examination is granted only when the numbers match. If the numbers do not match, the student is prevented from proceeding.
Seat Time Enforcement & Inactivity Monitoring
Distance-learning hours are delivered on a classroom-hour-per-classroom-hour basis, with each 50-minute unit equivalent to one 50-minute classroom hour pursuant to Rule 61J2-3.008. If a student is inactive within the course for 20 consecutive minutes, the session will time out and the student must log back in to continue. Timed-out periods do not count toward seat time. The LMS records time-on-task and tracks course progress as part of each student's permanent course file.
Affidavit of Completion
Prior to receiving a certificate of completion, each student is required to accept an electronic affidavit attesting that they personally completed all assigned modules of instruction and did not duplicate any portion of the end-of-course examination prior to taking it. Acceptance of the affidavit is a required step before the course is considered complete.
Course Completion Verification
Students will know they have completed the course when all components listed under "Required for Completion" on their Dashboard display a check-mark icon and are no longer grayed out. This includes all required course modules and the accepted affidavit of completion.
Course Completion Certificate
Immediately upon course completion, Premier Courses provides students with access to an electronic certificate of completion. Certificates remain accessible in the student's account for a minimum of five years. Completion dates are recorded in Eastern Time (ET) and will be reflected on the certificate.
Examination Record Retention
All examination results, affidavit confirmations, and student completion records are stored within the LMS database as part of each student's permanent course file. These records are available for audit or regulatory review as required by DBPR and FREC.
