It carries no credit hours and does not satisfy the FREC 63-hour sales associate pre-licensing requirement, the post-licensing requirement or any continuing-education requirement. Exam prep is delivered online through our learning platform; purchase and access are completed in your online student portal. The Florida state examination is applied for through the DBPR and scheduled separately with Pearson VUE.

No. What the Florida Real Estate Commission requires is the 63-hour sales associate pre-licensing course and its end-of-course exam. Exam prep carries no credit hours and isn't part of that requirement.

The Florida sales associate exam has 100 multiple choice questions, you'll have 3.5 hours to complete it, and you need a score of 75 or higher to pass. The exam fee is $36.75 per attempt.
It's administered by Pearson VUE, Florida's testing provider, once the DBPR approves your application and issues your authorization to schedule.

Exam prep isn't submitted for Florida Real Estate Commission course approval, because it isn't offered for credit. It awards no pre-licensing, post-licensing or continuing-education hours, and nothing is reported to the DBPR when you finish it.

Yes. Exam prep sits on top of the required education — it never replaces it. You'll still need to complete the 63-hour pre-licensing course and pass its end-of-course exam before the DBPR will authorize you to sit the state exam.
