Real students. Real Florida licenses.

  • I did the 63 hours around a full-time job — a unit at lunch, a unit after the kids went down. Passed the Florida state exam the first time.

  • My completion went to the DBPR electronically, so my exam date was booked before the end of that week.

If you fail the final exam, FREC requires you to wait at least 30 days from the date of the original exam before retesting. You may retest a maximum of one time within one year of the original exam, and you'll be given a different form of the exam. If you fail the second attempt (or more than a year passes), you'll need to retake the course before testing again.

Completion Requirement Policy

The course must be completed within six months of registration. If you are unable to complete the course within the six month period, Premier Courses offers extensions for an additional fee.
